Slipknot: “Sulfur” video available + vinyl out for “All Hope is Gone” and Clown’s working on DVD !

The clip was shot on March 9 in the Los Angeles area and was directed by band percussionist Shawn Crahan (a.k.a. Clown) and P.R. Brown, who helmed the last two Slipknot clips, "Psychosocial" and "Dead Memories".

The video depicts the nine members rocking out in groups of three and submerged in water one at a time. The video concept was modeled after a video installation by Bill Viola called "Ascension" that's currently on display at the Des Moines Arts Center.

Check it out now from Warner and Roadrunner Records!

Also, To coincide with Record Store Day - a worldwide celebration of independent retail – “All Hope Is Gone” will be released on vinyl.

Slipknot will be celebrating the tenth anniversary of their debut, self-titled, album being unleashed on the world on June 29.

While the exact details of what the Iowa Nonet will be doing to celebrate remain a closely guarded secret, Slipknot percussionist Shawn 'The Clown' Crahan reportedly spent last week editing content for a very special DVD.

"Working on the special ten year package for Slipknot today," he blogged on his
Twitter profile. "I have been editing a DVD together. Wait until you see this stuff!"
