Slipknot Nominated For Echo Award!
Congratulations to Slipknot for their announcement as a nominee in the 2009 Echo Awards in the category Best Group International - Rock/Alternative.
The band is nominated alongside AC/DC, Metallica, REM and 3 Doors Down. For those unfamiliar with the Echo Awards, they are the most important music awards in Germany, so they are comparable to the Grammy’s.
The event will take place at O2 World in Berlin for the 18th time on 21st February 2009.
