Dragonforce have pulled out of their forthcoming Kerrang! Week of Rock Show at the HMV Forum, London, which was due to take place on July 29th. Tickets can be refunded at the place of purchase.
The band have issued the following statement:
“It is with great regret we have to cancel the show on July 29 due to unforeseen personal circumstances of one of the band”, a spokesperson for the band told K!“This is obviously not something the band have decided lightly but we see no option. And no, we don't want to be more specific, it’s kinda personal, so rest assured, there is no option.”

The band have just returned home to the USA following their festival run through Europe. They will take a few weeks off before heading out to the Mayhem Tour in the US for the summer.
Slipknot: Download Festival - BBC radio video + listen to the show!
If you are like us lot in Metal Towers and have to be at work bright and early and could not sit up and listen to the whole of Slipknot’s headline set from this years Download Festival be broadcast on the Radio 1 Rock Show, you need not worry! Those wonderful folks at the BBC have loaded the whole of last nights Rock Show into the 'Listen Again Player' and you can listen to the set, as many times as you like, until Monday next week (29th June)!
