Check out the new Roadrunner Records bands releasing in 2009!

2009 will see some of the newcomers signed to Roadrunner in 2008 releasing their debut albums, so here a taster of things to come.
Roadrunner Records have loaded some demo tracks for each of the bands below to their artists pages.

Check them out:

First to release are The Parlor Mob, who were founded in New Jersey in 2004 and describe themselves as 'straight up rock n roll'. Album “And you were a crow” will be released in March. Go at:

Expect a release around May.

Port Amoral are due to release around the same time as Dommin. Hailing from Canada, the band are a signing from legendary A&R man Monte Conner. "Port Amoral know how to craft songs with hooks and smart arrangements and their developed level of writing made me take notice." he comments.

Steadlur will release their first single in late March / early April and will follow this with debut album “Everything is nothing” in May. They apparently rock 'like Vikings in party shorts'... and cite influences such as Guns N Roses, Motley and Foos amongst others.
